The Legal Tech Navigator can generate a personalised PDF report for the tools you have shortlisted. Here is what happens when you request a report.
1. Shortlist your tools
Add up to three tools to your shortlist using the Compare button on any tool card. Once you have selected your tools, a Generate Report button will appear in the comparison panel.
2. AI-powered analysis
When you request the report, the Navigator uses AI to analyse your shortlisted tools and produce a tailored written summary for each one. This includes an overview of what the tool does, its key strengths, and considerations relevant to in-house legal teams.
This analysis is generated fresh each time, so it reflects the specific combination of tools you have chosen.
3. What the report contains
Your report is structured as a ready-to-share PDF document. It includes:
At a Glance — a high-level summary table across all shortlisted tools with best fit, key strengths, and considerations, plus a suggested next step
Overview Table — a side-by-side comparison of key attributes such as functionality, AI maturity, user segment, and ease of purchase
Individual Tool Pages — one page per tool with a detailed breakdown of its capabilities, alongside an AI-generated summary of strengths, considerations, and best-fit use cases
4. Aclaria context pages
The report is wrapped in Aclaria-branded pages that provide background on the Navigator methodology and how Aclaria can support the next stage of your evaluation if needed.
5. Downloading your report
Once generated, the report downloads automatically as a PDF. You can share it directly with colleagues or stakeholders as part of your vendor evaluation process.
